                                " A Successful Relationship" 

         A healthy, successful relationship” is an evolution of commitment, self-awareness and vulnerability. Avoid you or your partner of struggle, nor does it mean you are an expert communicator at all times. Creating a successful relationship is more about knowing yourself well enough to acknowledge when you’re reacting in a way that is pushing your partner away. It’s forcing yourself to be vulnerable no matter how terrifying it may be. It’s committing to your own self-development just as much as it’s committing loyalty to your partner.

  

     We need "Self Love ", In order to have a healthy, loving relationship with another human being, you must first love yourself. The second is "Trust",  This may seem obvious, but so many people are with partners they don’t trust. Work on building your confidence and loving yourself completely prior to setting foot in another relationship. The third is "Honesty", Too many people believe white lies are ok. But what happens when you build white lie upon white lie upon white lie? Your relationship will find itself in a web of lies.The Fourth is "Communication" There’s a difference between talking at someone and talking to someone. A healthy conversation between two people does not result in raised voices or vicious attacks. And The last is "Connection", it’s far too easy to get caught up in our careers. Work has a tendency to take priority these days, but the truth is your relationship should be your priority.

A critical component of restaurant design is providing restrooms for customers and employees, and for both men and women in each category. This includes the physical facilities and signage, as well as provision for handicapped or wheelchair access. In most areas, a local health department is the key agency monitoring all regulations related to restaurant restrooms, and it should be consulted during the design phase. An inspection, including restrooms, normally is required before a restaurant can open.

The vikings restaurant have a great job doing their services to the customers,because they really entertain it well and very overwhelming.They assisted the guest very well and make the guest happy and comfortable.The guest will feel at home to that restaurant,because of their services and of course they have a atmosphere and they have also a foods.
Their restaurant have a promo services,like Birthday,Graduation Day,Father's Day,Mother's Day,Christmas,Valentines Day and etc..Their food was so great,so you better go now.

In terms of services in Vikings Luxury Buffet,they have a unique services and it's amazing.They uses top quality food ingredients,delivers high level of customer service,employs professionally qualified chefs and creates the most luxurious dining ambiance.They also brought luxury buffet dining closer to the guest by opening their restaurants inside malls.They also made luxury buffet dining for affordable by offering competitive rates and promos.

At Vikings SM Lanang is really impressive.There are seven food sections offering different cuisines from around the world and catering to varied task and preferences. If you like to experience the Vikings Luxury Buffet you don't have a problem of space,because it is huge.You can bring your whole family.And they will enjoy eating a lot of food,and also they enjoy the place it is because of the ambiance,it's like a huge banquet setting that looks like there is a festivity going on.So, what are you waiting for?,experience it now.

 If you're looking for an Italian food fix, then Vikings Pizza and Pasta station might interest you. You can make your own pasta, with the different types of freshly made pasta laid out for you to choose from, as well as an assortment of ingredients that you select to concoct your personalized pasta dish.

  Vikings offers you an extensive selection of fresh juices and shakes to choose from, as well as Pepsi products to wash your meal down. My favorite of the day was the Four Seasons Juice, and the Apple Cinnamon Iced Tea from Twinnings. Also, my dearest friend, A View From The Leftie made me try the Honeydew Melon Shake, and I thought it was nothing short of phenomenal!

You would think that a big eater such as myself would jump at the chance to visit a food from Sm Lanang, Davao such as  "VIKINGS".  Vikings is one my favorite restaurants of (of all people) .

  I think it's great that restaurants such as Vikings is making the feel of luxury dining more affordable to the people. 

I was amazed and surprised because of a dish from the Chinese Station that stood out was the Fried Salt and Pepper Spareribs. Deep fried to perfection, with every bite packing the right touch of heat.It was so Incredibly flavorful and delicious!

DESSERT

They have every dessert you can think of, from cakes, pastries, ice cream, candies, crepes, waffles, yogurt and fruits. I’m drooling over here!

PORK LOIN WITH CRANBERRY SAUCE

Indiana’s Pork Loin with Cranberry Sauce is a tender smoky meat dish with interesting sauce. It goes perfect with the Jambalaya Louisiana Rice which is cooked with real tomato and 8 spices. It is not at all spicy and strong that complements main dish. 

BONELESS LECHON

Now, let's move on to our favorite part of the buffet - their carving stations ! They have boneless lechon (!!!), Anchovy and Rosemary Baked leg of Lamb, Bourbon Glazed Ham, Prime Rib Eye, Angus Chuck Eye Roll, Texas Beef Brisket and more. Nakakagigil!!! hahaha :P

RESTROOM

These are often overlooked in the overall restaurant design plan. Don't make your restaurant an afterthought.Usually restaurant occupy a small space, so it's easy to dress them up and give them some character, without spending a lot of money. The most important part of a restaurant's  restroom is cleanliness. Cleaning the restroom periodically throughout the day will present a good image of your restaurant to patrons.

Birthday and other special occasion were held at Viking`s buffet especially when no one in our household our up of intense cooking in the kitchen

Kampot Squid

This is one of our main dish in Vikings this is  KAMPOT  SQUID also known as “relyeno” .We blended the head and tentacles of the squid and we insert it inside the body and grilled it.  The aroma of the squid salt and soft chewy meat is glorious.
